Louise Ho was one of six researchers whose work and scientific poster was commended by the Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the recent British Pharmaceutical Conference. Louise, an academic collaborator who works with TeraView at the National School of Pharmacy at the University of Otago, New Zealand was awarded a prize for her analysis of tablet film coating quality using terahertz pulsed imaging.

Miss Anita Ruthanne Taulbee, working on her PhD with Dr Gil Pacey at the Miami University of Ohio, has done pioneering work to understand the vibrational modes of amino acids in the terahertz frequency range. Measurements were done using the TPS spectra 2000 with transmission and ATR modules.
