TeraView and Doolim-Yaskawa present Terahertz solutions to the Korean automotive industry
TeraView is pleased to announce that as part of its collaboration with robotics leader Doolim-Yaskawa to advance multi-layer paint applications for the Korean automotive manufacturing industry, the two companies have been presenting to the major Korean customers during Doolim-Yaskawa’s open day at its demonstration facility in Hwaseong. The open day involves a demonstration of TeraView’s proprietary TeraCota 2000 terahertz system, enabling precise, non-destructive measurement and quality control of complex paint layers on vehicle bodies. As Korean car makers increasingly adopt advanced automation and quality standards, the integration of TeraView’s terahertz technology with Doolim-Yaskawa’s robotics solutions is set to deliver significant improvements in efficiency and product quality across the industry.
In a related development, TeraView has recently installed the TeraCota 2000 in the production line of a major automotive manufacturer in the US. These activities in Korea and US further underscores the Company’s leadership in Terahertz-based inspection solutions, with the largest list of Fortune 500 customers for Terahertz technology and solutions.
